Had a lovely time at Bayan Indah today for Rohani Jelani's Classic English Pudding Class.
We learned (hands-on) t0 bake the following:
1. Sticky date Pudding
2. Apple Crumble with Walnuts
3. Bread and Butter Pudding
4. Pear and Gingerbread Upside Down Pudding
5. Little Fruit Trifles
6. "Proper" Custard :)

Grand Finale Class on 20Nov2010with Rohani Jelani at her lovely Bayan Indah.
These are the cakes we baked:
1. Flourless Chocolate Cake with whipped cream, caramelized almonds, strawberries and grapes
2. Chilled Mango Cheesecake
3. Strawberry Layer Cake with lemon curds filling. whipped cream and strawberries
4. Toffee Banana Layer Cake with Toffee/Cream filling, whipped cream and bananas
